How Hazy Forest scoring works

Hazy Forest is a solo guild event. Individual players fight and plunder on their own, but participation and rankings contribute to guild competition. Rewards can include red-quality pets, purple cards, refine materials, and red eggshells.

The event lasts 15 minutes: a three-minute preparation period followed by twelve minutes of scoring. The scoring period changes phase every four minutes, raising treasure from 1× to 2× and finally 3×.

Time remainingPhasePriority
12:00–08:001× TreasureStart one monster battle immediately and fit a plunder attempt into the cooldown.
08:00–04:002× TreasureUse plunder, battle, then another plunder if the cooldown permits.
04:00–00:003× TreasureBattle immediately, plunder during cooldown, and squeeze in the final battle near 01:00.

Three ways to earn treasure

Both monster challenges and Treasure Plunder enter a three-minute cooldown. A perfect twelve-minute route can therefore fit four monster challenges, but only when the first attempt starts promptly.

Guild reward items available from event participation
  • Start Battle: deal as much damage as possible to the current Treasure Monster during the 30-second attempt.
  • Treasure Plunder: challenge a player from another guild and steal treasure according to battle conditions.
  • Random incidents: claim Golden Flowers and Chests that appear on the Hazy Forest screen. A Golden Flower awards 1,000 treasure, while Chests award more.

Build an Element, Race, and Size counter set

The featured monster keeps a fixed Element, Race, and Size for that event cycle. Countering all three can create a much larger gain than simply adding general attack.

Archers and Gunslingers can purchase matching arrows or bullets. Other classes can use attack-conversion ores; the guide notes that one ore lasts 30 minutes, enough for the full event.

Counter layerHow to prepareUseful examples
ElementConvert your attack to the element that counters the monster and add matching elemental damage cards.Santa Poring, Mandragora, Vadon, Drainliar; elemental arrows, bullets, or ores.
RaceUse cards that increase damage against the listed race.Hydra for Humanoid in the example.
SizeUse damage-versus-size cards or size-modifier effects.Minorous for Large and Drake as a broad size-modifier example.
For an Earth/Humanoid/Large target, combine Fire attack conversion with cards such as Horong or Andre, Hydra, and Minorous. Treat any displayed percentage as a stacking example, not a guaranteed result for every card level.

Why starting at 12:00 matters

Starting the first monster battle at the twelve-minute mark aligns later cooldowns with the eight-minute and four-minute phase changes. That leaves enough time for another 3× attempt around the one-minute mark.

Starting late in phase one—for example around nine minutes remaining—pushes the next attempts to six and three minutes, reducing the number of high-multiplier battles.

Optimized phase-by-phase route

Phase 1: start the monster battle immediately

Use Start Battle at 12:00 remaining, then launch one Treasure Plunder while the battle action is cooling down.

Phase 2: lead with plunder

At 08:00 remaining, complete a plunder, use Start Battle, then use another plunder when its cooldown ends.

Phase 3: protect two monster attempts

At 04:00, use Start Battle, add a plunder during cooldown, then begin the last Start Battle as close to 01:00 as possible.

Claim incidents without breaking the schedule

Pick up Golden Flowers and Chests immediately, but do not delay the time-sensitive Start Battle windows.

Pre-event preparation checklist

Card and attack-conversion preparation before Hazy Forest
  • Confirm the current monster's Element, Race, and Size before 21:30.
  • Buy the correct arrow, bullet, or ore and equip the matching card set.
  • Prepare a high-single-target-damage skill loadout for the 30-second test.
  • Gather during the three-minute preparation period to improve guild participation buffs.
  • Use a timer or watch the event clock closely so the first battle begins at 12:00 remaining.
